During our weekly meetup, our teen peer leaders will share carefully pre-selected interesting and educational videos to spark conversations, inspire creativity, encourage questions, and motivate kids. The visual learning experience with the teen peer leaders naturally engage kids in the topic, start conversations, learn new knowledge, and have fun all here at our Kids Hangout Club.

We are also incorporating interactive critical thinking group activities, to encourage kids to think creatively and interact in group settings!

The weekly meetup is always featured with fresh and exciting new content to keep the kids engaged, educated, and entertained. The weekly meetup will always be supervised by Anita Yu, a PEERS certified parent volunteer.

• Is your child going to 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th grade in fall?

• Does your child like to hang out with other kids?

• Does your child enjoy watching movies or videos?

• Does your child enjoy improv games(e.g. 2 Truths and 1 Lie)?

• Does your child like to share about him/herself with others?

• Would your child be interested in creating fun and art-related projects using google docs or slides?

• Is your child comfortable with Google Classroom, Google docs, Google slides, and Zoom?

If your answers are Yes for the questions above, then THIS is the club for your child!

*Each participant will need a Gmail account in order to participate in the google classroom projects.
